- Payment information: Billing details are collected and processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number.

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, which provides encrypted database storage. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and regular security reviews.
While we take reasonable precautions to protect your data, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
4. Cookies and Local Storage
Noomi uses browser localStorage for:
- Session management and authentication tokens.
- User preferences (theme, settings).
- Conversation state persistence.
We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising pixels.
5. Third-Party Services
We share data with the following third-party services, solely for the purpose of operating Noomi:
- Anthropic (Claude AI): Your conversation messages are sent to Anthropic's API for AI processing. Anthropic's privacy policy applies to this processing.
- Stripe: Handles payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy applies.
- ElevenLabs: Provides voice synthesis and speech-to-text for voice mode. ElevenLabs' privacy policy applies.
- Supabase: Provides database storage and authentication infrastructure. Supabase's privacy policy applies.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
6. Data Retention
- Conversation data is stored for as long as your account is active, or until you request deletion.
- If you delete your account, your data will be removed within 30 days.
- Anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for service improvement purposes.

- Delete your data: Request deletion of your account and all associated data.
